Anoushka's hospitality journey has taken her across the globe — from her early years in Dubai, to serving as Marketing Director at Ka'ana Resort in Belize, where she was instrumental in driving growth across all market segments. Known for her warmth, strategic mindset, and unwavering commitment to excellence, she has built a reputation as a trusted leader in the region's tourism landscape. Beyond her operational roles, Anoushka has been an active voice for the industry at large, serving on the Board of Directors of the Belize Hotel Association (BHA) and representing Belizean hospitality on the international stage. Today, Anoushka channels her 20 years of hands-on expertise into her work as a Business Advisor and Consultant, partnering with hotels, resorts, tour operators, and travel businesses to help them grow, innovate, and compete in an ever-evolving market.
