Dr. Adriani Coleman

Dr. Adriani Coleman founded DLPS with the mission to provide quality 21st century education skills through the use of technology to create a positive social impact for all Belizeans. She develops innovative digital learning solutions to empower students, teachers, and communities across the country. Prior to launching Digital Learning & Pedagogical Solutions (DLPS), she served as an educator for eighteen years, during which she witnessed firsthand the importance of reaching all students, regardless of their learning needs or background. Her drive as a teacher stemmed from having a child with autism and another with dyslexia, which fueled her passion for inclusive and accessible education. She also worked extensively with at-risk youth, further solidifying her commitment to using technology to create transformative educational opportunities. Notably, Adriani has recently achieved a major milestone in her career by developing an innovative AI platform specifically designed for educators. This groundbreaking platform, set to be released on an international level in the near future, promises to revolutionize the way teachers engage with technology and leverage AI to enhance student learning experiences. Previously, Dr. Coleman was serving as the Director of E-Governance in the Ministry of E-Governance to help to shape the digital landscape of government services to assist all citizens while bringing Belize to the forefront of digital transformation. Dr. Coleman has now returned to her entrepreneurial role to continue to drive ed tech solutions in the Caribbean.
